Kindly note that all dolls creations are up to the designer’s artistic interpretation and creative vision, thus no drafts or drawings will be provided for pre-approval. Feel free to add any special requirements or remarks in your order, we will do our best to fulfill them, however, please understand that they are not guaranteed.
Every GlamOn Couture Doll and its accessories are carefully handcrafted and designed with love, care and passion. Please be patient as the process may take up to 3 months or more, subject to prior orders and the designer’s availability.
How to Customise
Your Own Couture Doll?
1.
Purchase “Customised Couture Doll”. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an Order Confirmation email and a follow-up email with a ‘Customisation Indemnity Agreement’ and a list of questions.
2.
Please fill in and sign the ‘Customisation Indemnity Agreement’. Kindly understand that all customise couture doll services must agree and provide a signed copy of our ‘Customisation Indemnity Agreement’.
3.
Reply to the email with the signed copy of the ‘Customisation Indemnity Agreement’ and the answers to the list of questions with an attachment of a photo of yourself or a photo reference of how you’d like the doll to look like.
4.
Once we have received your email, we will start designing and crafting, since every creations are carefully handcrafted, the process may take up to 3 months or more, subject to prior orders and the designer’s availability.
5.
Once your Customised Couture Doll has been crafted, we will ship it out in our luxurious, premium collector’s box set. We will also send you an email to let you know that it has been shipped out, the shipping time will vary depending on the location and courier company.
